Dr Sam Hoste has over 15 years senior management or Board level experience providing business and technical solutions in the food supply chain. He has worked in the UK, USA, Canada, South Africa and the Far East with retailers, processors and farmers. The business is based in Ryedale, North Yorkshire on the family farm.

We work with a carefully selected network of colleagues who complement our skills and provide you an end to end solution. For example this includes marketing and technical food service practioners with many years of commercial experience in the food supply chain. This provides you with the flexibility to ensure that you have the right people for the right time.

We have worked with small to medium size food producers and processing companies right through to some of the largest producers, processors and retailers.  The business has a focus for producers and processors in developing local supply chains and enhancing collaboration within these chains. 

We also provide larger companies, retailers, regional food groups and other enabling organisations such as Regional Development  Authorities, Local Authorities and Government with commercial and research food chain expertise.

We have a track record of obtaining grant funding for clients from schemes such as RDPE, Link, and Smart Awards.
