We see a Supply Chain being the flow of goods and information. This two way flow is important! Being market orientated means listening to your customer, the voice of the customer or being demand led. We can help you seek out this information.

Value added & retaining value

‘Adding value’ is currently the buzz word in many food supply chains and locally focussed projects. However, adding value is possibly the easiest part. Retaining a proportion of the value that has been added is often more difficult. Understanding the differences between the type of supply chain, viewing the value chain as an end-to-end process, provides ways to capture more of the value.  The Denison process model is part of what we see in Value Chains and further aspects we help our clients exploit.
